Zika Virus a Global Health Emergency, W.H.O. Says

In its decision, the World Health Organization highlighted the seriousness of the Zika outbreak, a mosquito-borne virus thought to cause birth defects which has exploded in Latin America, and gives countries powerful tools to fight it.
