In a recent survey of the United States, there have been noticeable difference in the way people tend to take care of their bodies. In the southern states, including Colorado and Minnesota, citizens opt for less strenuous and leisure like activities to take care of their bodies. Many people attribute their decision to the fact their daily work is strenuous enough.

However, it shouldn’t be a surprise that these are the leading states when it comes to diabetes and obesity. It was also shown in the survey that those states that have the highest amount of daily exercise have the lowest number of people facing these health conditions as shown at http://musclesbuilderxtremeno.com/.

This should be a pretty clear cut assumption that more exercise leads to less health risks. Although, back in 2008 a study reported that a whooping twenty-five percent of adult Americans didn’t spend any of their free time doing physical activities. These included things like golfing, gardening, and walking. This goes to show that there is a massive increase in the amount of people who don’t exercise. We need to do something as a union to fight off health diseases, and it seems that exercise is the answer.
