Eating more fruits and vegetables can help to keep your weight at a healthy level. This will help to shrink any enlarged fat cells which in turn reduces that amount of estrogen your body produces. This is a great thing as too much estrogen has been linked to a higher risk of getting breast cancer. While you are on the healthy dieting kick be sure to cut out any unnecessary alcohol. Studies have recently link women who drink three or more glasses of alcohol each day to having a one and a half times more chance of having cancer. So keep it within reason when you are drinking from the bottle. Opting for breast augmentation without surgery is another great thing you can do to keep your breasts healthy.
